I was woven with passion, painted with delicacy. I'm robust and fragile at the same time, anything makes me sick!
I need to be looked after gently, so don't rush me!
WHAT I LOVE
• Warm water with liquid wool soap or Marseille soap shavings.
• A gentle massage.
• A careful rinse in cold water with a dash of white vinegar to bring out the colours.
• Gently spin-dry in your favourite washcloth.
• Gentle ironing on the reverse side with a slightly damp cloth.
I'm so happy, I can feel my lightness and fluidity again...
WHAT I HATE
• Water too hot

• Washing too vigorously can break my delicate threads!
• Spin-drying, which twists me in all directions and leaves me broken.

• An iron that's too hot will burn me
irreparably
​
• Drying in the sun would cause me to lose all my beautiful colours
I shudder with horror just thinking about it...
